1. Small fluid resistance and pneumatic ball valve are the least resistance of fluid resistance in all valve classifications. Even the diameter pneumatic ball valves have relatively small fluid resistance.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the stem, allowing the stem to operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
3. The seat sealing performance is good, the sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other elastic materials is used, the structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing ability of the pneumatic ball valve increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
4. The stem seal is reliable, because the stem can only act as if it is transported without doing the lifting movement. The packing seal of the stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the pressure of the medium.
5. Due to the good self-lubrication of ptfe and other materials, the friction loss of the ball is small, so the service life of the pneumatic ball valve is long.
6. The lower lever and stem head are raised to prevent stem ejection. If a fire causes stem seal damage, metal contact can be formed between the convex and valve body to ensure the stem seal.
7. Anti-static function: the spring can be set between the ball, stem and valve body to produce static electricity generated by the switch process.
